Thunderstorms capable of large hail and wind damage will be possible over the next couple of hours in the upper Ohio Valley. Marginally severe storms will be possible this evening in parts of the central Appalachians and Rio Grande Valley. Very large hail may occur late this evening into the overnight period across parts of the central Plains and Ozarks.
Thursday, Apr 18
Strong to severe storms capable of several damaging gusts, large hail, and perhaps a couple tornadoes, are likely tomorrow (Thursday) from parts of the lower Ohio Valley into the southern Plains.
Friday, Apr 19
Sporadic strong to marginally severe storms are possible on Friday over parts of the Southeast.

On My Future Radar, you can see the future. Or at least, what the weather forecast models think the future will be.

You are on the page that displays data from the NAM Hires forecast model. Currently, we have radar imagery for this model from now until .

About My Future Radar

My Future Radar uses data from the Rapid Refresh and the NAM forecast models to provide simulated future radar imagery.

The Rapid Refresh model is run hourly and is useful for short term forecasting. The North American Mesoscale Forecast System (NAM) is run 4 times a day and typically has data from now to 2.5 days in the future.
