- Scattered severe thunderstorms are expected across parts of the southern High Plains into the Hill Country of central Texas this afternoon and evening. Several storms may produce very large hail, and a couple strong tornadoes are possible.

- Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms may occur Sunday across parts of the southern Plains into the ArkLaTex and lower Mississippi Valley, and separately over portions of Ohio into western Pennsylvania.
- Monday, May 6
- Numerous severe thunderstorms will likely develop and move eastward Monday afternoon and evening across parts of the southern/central Plains. Strong tornadoes, very large to giant hail, and damaging winds all appear possible.

About My Future Radar
My Future Radar uses data from the Rapid Refresh and the NAM forecast models to provide simulated future radar imagery.
The Rapid Refresh model is run hourly and is useful for short term forecasting. The North American Mesoscale Forecast System (NAM) is run 4 times a day and typically has data from now to 2.5 days in the future.
