Scattered severe storms, including a few supercells, are expected to develop across the central and southern High Plains region, including portions of the Big Bend of Texas, this afternoon. This activity should evolve into organized clusters while spreading into the adjacent Great Plains later in the evening. Severe wind, hail, and perhaps a couple of brief tornadoes are the expected risks.
Sunday, Jun 2
Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible from the northern and central Plains into the Upper Midwest on Sunday.
Monday, Jun 3
Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible from western/northern Oklahoma into southern Kansas, southern Missouri, and northern Arkansas on Monday.

On My Future Radar, you can see the future. Or at least, what the weather forecast models think the future will be.

You are on the page that displays data from the NAM Hires forecast model. Currently, we have radar imagery for this model from now until .

About My Future Radar

My Future Radar uses data from the Rapid Refresh and the NAM forecast models to provide simulated future radar imagery.

The Rapid Refresh model is run hourly and is useful for short term forecasting. The North American Mesoscale Forecast System (NAM) is run 4 times a day and typically has data from now to 2.5 days in the future.
