Thursday, May 30
Scattered severe storms with large hail up to baseball size, damaging winds of 60-75 mph, and a couple of tornadoes are expected this afternoon into tonight across west/central Texas. Other isolated severe storms are possible today across east Texas, as well as the central Plains to Upper Midwest.
Friday, May 31
One or two organized clusters of storms may evolve by Friday morning into afternoon and pose a risk for severe wind and hail continuing across parts of the southern Great Plains into lower Mississippi Valley, Texas Gulf coast and Deep South Texas by Friday evening. Additional storms are expected across the central High Plains with a threat for large hail and severe wind gusts. Finally, storms are possible across the Mid-Mississippi Valley with the potential for a tornado or two.
Saturday, Jun 1
Scattered strong storms, including a few supercells, may develop to the east of the Front Range Saturday afternoon, before evolving into organizing clusters while spreading into the adjacent Great Plains through Saturday evening. These may pose a risk for severe wind, hail and perhaps a couple of brief tornadoes.

On My Future Radar, you can see the future. Or at least, what the weather forecast models think the future will be.

You are on the page that displays data from the NAM Hires forecast model. Currently, we have radar imagery for this model from now until .

About My Future Radar

My Future Radar uses data from the Rapid Refresh and the NAM forecast models to provide simulated future radar imagery.

The Rapid Refresh model is run hourly and is useful for short term forecasting. The North American Mesoscale Forecast System (NAM) is run 4 times a day and typically has data from now to 2.5 days in the future.
