Large to very large hail, significant severe gusts, and a couple of tornadoes will be a concern with thunderstorms this afternoon and evening from the Texas-New Mexico border eastward into central Texas. Thunderstorms producing scattered damaging winds are possible this afternoon across parts of the Southeast.
Friday, May 30
Scattered severe storms with wind damage, large hail, and a couple tornadoes will be possible Friday afternoon and evening from parts of the Eastern Gulf Coast to the Mid-Atlantic.
Saturday, May 31
Isolated severe storms with marginally severe gusts and hail will be possible on Saturday from parts of North Carolina northward into the Mid-Atlantic, and across parts of the Rio Grande Valley.

On My Future Radar, you can see the future. Or at least, what the weather forecast models think the future will be.

You are on the page that displays data from the NAM Hires forecast model. Currently, we have radar imagery for this model from now until .

About My Future Radar

My Future Radar uses data from the Rapid Refresh and the NAM forecast models to provide simulated future radar imagery.

The Rapid Refresh model is run hourly and is useful for short term forecasting. The North American Mesoscale Forecast System (NAM) is run 4 times a day and typically has data from now to 2.5 days in the future.
